The NC Museum of Life and Science in Durham is hosting an event all about the Science of Beer. Not just how beer is made, but also everything from beer pong physics to the science of skunking beer. It looks like there will be some great general beer info and also some really interesting things for home brewing. Bull City Home Brew will be teaching a “How to Brew” class as well.
This is definitely a worthwhile event, as your $15 ticket (only $12 if your a museum member) also gets you a free tasting glass and samples from basically all of the major players in the NC beer scene.
