4 lbs 12.0 oz 2-row American Malt (1.8 SRM) 39.6 %
3 lbs 12.0 oz Wheat Malt, Light (2.0 SRM) 31.2 %
1 lbs 8.0 oz Victory Malt (biscuit) (Briess) (28.0 SRM) 12.5 %
0.75 oz Chinook [11.80 %] – Boil 60.0 min 31.1 IBUs
2.50 oz Fresh Ginger Root (Boil 10.0 mins)
